Early arrivals
Arrivals before 14:00 are directly managed by the person in charge of reservations and provide for the immediate use of all Hotel services and, compatibly with availability, it will be possible to anticipate immediate access to the room.

Cancellation Policies
In case of No-Show (non-arrival) or late cancellation made more than 2 days prior to arrival, the amount of the first night will be charged to the credit card as a penalty.
